Hi my name is abdi, I am from Leicester and my work takes me to different places and so for me to learn how to drive I have to get lessons where I can and Shaz from pass smart was the only the person who could fit me in on mine and his schedule for the amount of lessons I wanted and so I started my crash course lessons with Shaz 2 weeks ago and my lessons throughout this time period were extremely good especially from my standpoint as I was starting from never really having driven a car before to my last lesson with him having me on the road driving back to myself to my accommodation in Rotherham.
My experience with Shaz was great and I really mean that, I enjoyed my lessons with him and learnt a lot about how to drive and how to keep myself and others safe as I was driving and I will take that forward with me in the future.
The great thing about Shaz is that he is very patient and I can attest to that very well as personally I let my anxiety take over every now then causing me to make the same mistakes over and over but that's the thing about Shaz he tries to get you past your mistakes by acknowledging what went wrong and how to do your best to not do it again and to continue moving forward.
Now I recommend going with Shaz is because he takes your experience in to account from the first lesson you have him in my case that was no experience so he took us to a car park where he could teach me about the controls and the very foundation of driving itself to get me to understand what it is I am learning and going to do i very much appreciated that as it got me comfortable about what it is I am getting my self into and I realised the more lessons I did the more solid my foundation the better at driving I became and now Shaz does push you when he feels you are ready for something new but he does not do that without you understanding what it is as he would have me stop the car and then he would proceed to explain what is new and ensure that I knew what is coming and it would be a little Q/A session and any confusion or anything I did not understand could be ask and clarified before moving on and forward with the lesson.
I recommend going with Shaz very much and the pass smart driving school because I generally believe it has quality driving instructor who can help you learn how to drive well and just as important drive safely and the extra that comes with Shaz is that he is very experienced when it comes to teaching as he has done this for very many years which honestly is great as he knows the in and outs from the driving exam as he has had many students pass the exam, if work had me in the Rotherham or Sheffield I would continue my lessons with him till I passed.

I would highly recommend Nab as a driving instructor! She was so calm, patient and understanding, and never got angry or frustrated when I made mistakes. She always made me feel comfortable and confident while driving, which really helped me improve. She was also really friendly and easy to talk to, and always made my lessons enjoyable. I started my driving test preparation with Nab at Pass Smart School about four months ago, after having a couple of bad experiences with other instructors. Today, I passed my test on my first attempt with ZERO faults, and I give a huge part of the credit to Nab.

She is an extremely professional instructor with a great work ethic. What I appreciated most was her ability to teach step by step, keep my progress steady, and build my confidence with every lesson. She patiently answered all my questions and corrected my mistakes in a polite yet professional manner.

Overall, Nab is a wonderful teacher who genuinely goes the extra mile to help her students improve.

I honestly mean this Shaz is best instructor I know so patient, listens carefully to what you understand and don’t understand it’s like he’s in your head in a good way he knows what you need and what’s missing from you I have no opinion on price I passed during the whole madness so it is what it is but I never complained and I just generally thought the service was worth it at the end 5 stars

Nab has been a brilliant driving instructor, offering patience, encouragement and understanding throughout the entirety of my time with her. She boosted my confidence as soon as I started and continued to do so whilst working towards my test. Nab helped me work through all areas that I was struggling with calmly and professionally, explaining what I did wrong and how to improve rather than just stating my errors. I passed my driving test first time with 0 minors and I truly believe that this wouldn’t have been possible without nab and it shows a true reflection of how effective her style of teaching and instructing is. The best driving school there is! I passed first time thanks to Pass Smart Driving School as a result  of my instructors clear and precise communication and thoroughly structured lessons. Mohammad Yasin is an absolutely brilliant driving instructor, and I couldn’t recommend him enough! He is extremely patient, warm, and encouraging, with such a positive attitude. His experience and knowledge really helped build my confidence and made every lesson feel comfortable and productive.

From day one, Mr. Malik went above and beyond his job description. He didn’t just teach me how to drive; he taught me how to drive with confidence. I was a nervous learner, but his kind and patient nature completely put me at ease. He has a unique ability to explain things clearly, and even when I asked the same questions multiple times in a single lesson, he never once showed frustration or annoyance. Absolutely the BEST driving instructor I could have ever asked for! After having such terrible experiences with previous instructors that completely knocked my confidence, meeting Nabila at Pass Smart was honestly life-changing. From the very first lesson, she believed in me more than I believed in myself, and never once made me feel like I couldn’t do it.

Her patience is unreal, her teaching style is incredible, and she somehow manages to make you feel calm, confident, and motivated all at the same time.
